1. How long does shipping take within the USA?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary:

2. What are your shipping costs?

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

4. How long do your scented candles burn?
Burn time varies by candle size and wax type. For example:

  • Large (16oz): 60-80 hours

5. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are primarily made from soy wax, coconut wax, or a natural blend. We use cotton or wood wicks and premium fragrance oils. Each product description specifies the wax type and ingredients.

6. How do I use an aromatherapy stone?

  1. Apply 2-4 drops of your preferred 100% essential oil (not included) to the stone's surface.

  2. The porous stone will absorb and slowly diffuse the fragrance.

  3. Reapply essential oils as needed. Clean occasionally with water.

7. Are your fragrance sprays for skin, linens, or air?
Our sprays are formulated for different uses (e.g., room spray, linen mist). The intended use is clearly stated on the product label and description. Do not use a room spray on skin unless specified as a body mist.

8. Are your products pet-friendly?
While our products use high-quality ingredients, some essential oils and fragrances can be harmful to pets. We recommend consulting with your veterinarian and using all home fragrance products in well-ventilated areas, away from birds, cats, and other sensitive pets.
