Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure the safety and integrity of our personal fragrance products, we maintain a strict hygiene-focused return policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only for items that are unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect, unused condition.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or shows any signs of wear. This policy is strictly enforced for:

  • Scented Candles (once the seal is broken or wax has been burned)

  • Aromatherapy Stones/Diffusers (once essential oils have been applied)

  • Fragrance Sprays (once the safety seal is broken or the product has been sprayed)

  • All products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

3. Process for Unopened Items

  • To Initiate: If you receive an incorrect or unwanted item that is completely sealed, contact us within 14 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the sealed item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is physically damaged (e.g., broken candle jar, cracked stone, leaking spray bottle) straight out of its sealed package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Scent Preferences
We cannot accept returns based on personal fragrance preference. Please read product descriptions carefully and consider purchasing sample sizes if available.
