Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Seasonal Notes
Orders are processed on business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take 3-5 business days. We package candles and glass items with great care to prevent breakage.

2. Shipping Areas
We ship to all contiguous 48 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Due to regulations, we cannot ship aerosol sprays via air; these items ship via ground service only.

3. Shipping Costs & Times

  • Cost: Free standard shipping is provided on all qualifying orders.

  • Time: See FAQ for estimates. These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Extreme temperatures may cause shipping delays for candles in summer/winter.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Issues & Weather

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Weather Delays: In very hot or cold weather, candles may soften, sweat, or frost. This is normal and does not affect performance. Allow them to acclimate to room temperature before use.
